Refund Policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us. However, because our products are digital goods posted on our site we generally offer no refunds.
If you change your mind about your purchase and we have not posted / listed your product, we will happily issue you a refund upon your request.
Refund requests made after we have posted / listed your product are handled on a case by case basis and are issued at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
If you have purchased to post a listing on our website, and it is an in-person course setting, the class listing will remain on the site until the date of the course has been past. If the purchase listing is an online course setting, the listing will remain on the site for 365 days (1 year) and only then would it be remove from the site.
